Payment Terms
A verbal or email request will hold your booking for upto 5 days, to secure your stay a 30% deposit is required at the time of your booking. Please note that if your departure is less than six weeks time then the full amount is due on booking.
Security Deposit
A £150 bond will be required at the time of and in addition to the final balance. The apartment will be inspected by our overseas agent and a report will be sent back to the uk as soon as you vacate the apartment. Providing the inspection meets with our approval, your bond will be fully refunded on your return to the UK. However, we appreciate that accidents do happen
and whilst we will not penalise clients for this type of incident, should we be advised by our Altinkum agents of excessive damage to the apartment or its contents, the necessary cost of refitting or refurbishing will be taken from the bond with the balance only being refunded. Additionally, should it become necessary, we reserve the right to invoice clients for any further costs required to refit or refurbishment the apartment to its highest standard.
Holiday Insurance
We recommend that all of our clients take out adequate holiday insurance for each of the travelling party. The property is fully insured but doesn't provide cover for the people staying and Dolphin-Altinkum cannot be held responsible for any accidents.
Arrive and Departure Times
Arrival and departure times are as follows:
Arrival - 3pm
Departures - 12pm
We do realise that due to travel commitments
these times could be unsocial so we at Dolphin-Altinkum will be as flexible as we can to ensure a stress free arrival and departure
